Staying In-House
You are welcome to charge spa treatments to your room account. All booking for the spa are made at the boutique which is located at hotel reception, to make your reservation dial ext 8022.

What if I need to cancel my spa reservation?
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, but we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or No-Show will incur a 75% charge of the treatments booked. Packages and gift vouchers are non refundable.

Gender Preference
We have both male and female professional therapists. If you have a preference, please let us know when you make your reservation. .

Health Considerations
Certain spa treatments may react with some medications and medical treatments. For your safety, you will be asked to complete a confidential questionnaire that includes questions regarding medical conditions. Our highly trained spa staff will ensure that your service is suitable

Arrival
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your treatment, ensuring adequate time for you to change into a robe and slippers, relax with a herbal tea and fill in your treatment card. Treatment time is approximated and will include a consultation with your therapist. Please understand that if you arrive late your treatment time may be reduced accordingly.

Spa Etiquette
The Spa at Beechworth is a place of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. We ask you to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. To help maintain this environment, The Spa has been designed as a mobile free area, so please leave your phone switched off.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothing. We provide you with a robe, slippers and a personal locker during your visit. During your treatments you will be respectfully draped. When using any wet facilities please wear swimwear.

9.00 am - 6.00 pm Wednesday to Friday
9.00 am - 5.30 pm Saturday
10.00 am - 5.00 pm Sunday

We offer a high quality of spa exclusive products to ensure outstanding results. The Spa at Beechworth uses Li’Tya, Pevonia, Ilcsi &id bare mineral makeup ranges. Further information can be provided upon request.
